Courses
We offer General English language courses from Elementary to Proficiency level including all the four skills – reading, writing, listening and speaking. Only English is spoken in the class-room.
We also offer special speaking classes as well as English for Business and IELTS. We prepare students wishing to apply for the University of Cambridge English examinations.
Homework is given after every lesson.
Our courses are organised in terms (semesters): September to December, January to March and April to June. We do not have courses in July/August.
Students usually enrol for at least a term but can enrol at any time during a term for any number of weeks (if there are places available). The maximum number of students in a class is 18, average 13.
We have morning classes on week-days (Monday to Friday) offering full-time (15 hours per week) and part-time classes – 6 , 9 or 12 hours per week.
Class times are 10 am – 1 pm.
We also have private lessons in the afternoons - by arrangement.
All students are carefully tested by interview and given a written test before they are placed in a suitable class. Tests can be emailed to students.
We use course books with additional materials and video. Course books are available from the Office. The cost of books is not included in the school fees.
