Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all students in the school and if you register with us you will be considered to have accepted them.

Age – Students must be at least 18 years of age to attend our classes – there is no upper age limit.

Attendance – The school keeps an attendance record for each student.

Bank charges – Transfers from abroad are subject to London bank charges of £6 – these are payable by the student.

Books – Students are required to buy their own class books and sometimes practice or test books. These are available from the Office.

Class sizes – There is a maximum number of 18 students in a class, average 13.

Insurance – Our liability to students is limited to the school fees paid by the student. We accept no liability for loss or damage to students’ property. Students are advised to arrange their own insurance for health or personal belongings.

Public holidays – The school is closed on public holidays.

Refunds – No refunds will be made except under the following circumstances.

For students cancelling before the course begins, there must be at least two weeks notice. One week’s fees will be charged.
There is a general policy of no refunds once the course has begun.

Registration fee – this is for new students only and is non-refundable. The fee is £25 and is for the first term only.

Transfer of payments – Payments may not be transferred from one student to another under any circumstances.

We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through the Website, please note that orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or services or their prices as advertised on this Website
